12 sty 2018 · I need to reset 2 quest in Fallout 4, semper invicta and quarter mastery. quarter mastery sends me all the way to far harbor and the other tells me to go outside then when im outside it tells me to go inside...
If the quest is not marked for repeated stages (read: all of the quests), this is impossible, so you would have to fully end the quest, reset all the NPCs, cells and all variables, and even then chances are that you can't normally start it.

So every time I load a save all my mods reinitialize again. Quest mods show their starting prompts again and reset, weapons from weapon mods return to their original location and so on. I read in this post that it was something to do with read/write perms.
22 maj 2018 · For all repeatable quests and the Reformed Institute side quests, if you have an issue or simply don't feel like doing the quest anymore and want to reset it, you can ask the quest provider (person or terminal) to stop the quest, and you won't need a console command.

20 kwi 2018 · Quest are not really supposed to be reset or "rolled back". You can't use setstage to set the quest to an earlier point. It only goes forward. And resetquest has more bugs than any use. Only thing you can / should do is to reload a save before you killed him.
