Like the other withered animatronics, Withered Bonnie is decayed, and has gone through more major changes. He's lost his face, arm, and large sections of his suit. Bonnie now has two black buttons added to his chest.

Bonnie, along with Withered Bonnie, featured with all (excluding the phantoms and shadows and JJ) of the other animatronics throughout the first four Five Nights at Freddy's installments.
Withered Bonnie's appearance is almost identical to his core series counterpart's but he is smaller. His face (barring his jaw) and the bottom section of his left arm are missing, replaced by wires, while his endoskeleton hand and left foot are exposed, similar to his counterparts left arm, face, hand and left foot. A few tears are on his legs.
Even in Parts/Service, where the animatronics are assumed inactive, the red pinprick light from Bonnie's eye can be seen inside his face. The player has a slight chance to see Bonnie's eyes (or lack thereof) appear to blink while he is standing in The Office.
