This area has 3 different levels, all accessible from the stairs, there are always security bots roaming around the area and most of the times animatronics too, so be careful.

Go out of the previous room into customer service (directly below the café) to find this in the back near the colored lockers.

Using Ctrl + F, Locate the bUseVSync=False line and change "False" to "True" so that the line reads bUseVSync=True. Save the document with Ctrl + S and close it.
