Does the FN key work with other keys, IE volume and brightness controls? If it doesn't work AT ALL then contact Acer support for your region, as you may have an hardware fault. If it does work OK with other keys, then it may be that the startup entry for those devices may have been turned off.

I have and laptop Aspire E5-772G, SNID : ***********, win10 64 bits. The fn key doesn't work since several month. But now it really start to annoy me. Do you know how I can fix this problem ?
11 sty 2024 · Hold the "Fn" key while pressing a function key to get it to work. If your keyboard has an "F Lock" key, press it to enable your function keys. If your function keys don't work no matter what you try, you may need to enable them in your BIOS/UEFI.
22 lut 2023 · To do this, you have to use the function lock feature of your Acer. Simply hold the Fn key and Caps Lock key together. On some older models, you might need to press the Fn key + Esc key together to activate this. Now all of your function keys will act as regular function keys.
