Best websites to watch live TV, that includes "local" TV stations? I used to use USTVGO.TV and they used to be great until they started blocking many of their sites. I recently found thetvapp.to on here, and I am extremely impressed as it seems to be smooth, with no pop-ups or buffering.
PBS is free, and offers a "watch live" option that's still free. The setup I know (I have no idea if it's the best) that would be the least confusing would be the fire stick, with all your parents' favorite networks moved to the front.
Pluto tv they got movies and stuff on demand that are free but as far as tv goes if you don't mind a bunch of old tv shows it's pretty good.
