Accessing your Booking 1- Entering your name: Your last name needs to be entered exactly as it appears in the reservation. 2- Entering your reservation number: You will find your reservation number on your ticket or on the confirmation provided by your agent. It is sometimes referred to as "PNR" or "Record Locator".
Coupons in your ticket must be taken in the sequence outlined in your booking. If you wish to change the sequence of your coupons, you must contact us as early as possible and at least 24 hours before your upcoming coupon’s scheduled departure time.
