Find your booking. To review and make changes to your booking, enter the last name and reference code (e.g. XDF6LX) of the booking. You can find this information in your confirmation email or e-ticket. Alternatively, if you booked through a travel agent, please contact them directly to make changes. Sign up.
If you do not find assistance at the check-in counter, please proceed to the boarding gate and speak to one of our staff there. Your flight’s gate and departure details can be found on airport information screens or at the information desk.
