10 maj 2017 · After updating to macOS Mojave (10.14.5) with Safari V. 12.1.1, this same behavior returned. I tested this on Flowplayer 6, 7, and the current flowplayer version. I also tested on the demo sites mentioned in this thread and found the same issue there.

8 lis 2017 · If the Safari setting is on “Stop media with sound” - everything works as it should. If the Safari setting is on “Never auto-play” - The preview is gray, and after clicking play the video plays with no sound until you fidget with the volume slider.
