Friendly competition is at the heart of Challenge, as teams of students ages 9-16* engage in research, problem-solving, coding, and engineering - building and programming a LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime robot that navigates the missions of a robot game.
Integrated Robotics & STEM classes could be extremely difficult for the teacher to organize. We support the teacher and the participating students. With the platform we provide content & infrastructure for conducting classes, preparing for competitions and learing in class or at home.
Build and program a robot to complete as many of the missions as you can in 2.5 minutes. If you're a new team, you can follow instructions for building a basic robot rather than design your own. In and around this, you'll be doing the "Innovation Project" and stuff around core values.
FIRST LEGO League introduces science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to children ages 4-16 through fun, exciting hands-on learning. Participants gain real-world problem-solving experiences through a guided, global robotics program, helping today’s students and teachers build a better future together.
During the 2024-2025 FIRST season, FIRST® DIVE ℠ presented by Qualcomm, teams will use their STEM and collaboration skills to explore life beneath the surface of the ocean. Along the way, we’ll uncover the potential in each of us to strengthen our community and innovate for a better world with healthy oceans.
We try to build robots that can accomplish the missions 10 out of 10 times. Building and programming a reusable and consistent robot is the single greatest thing you could learn. Look at the different examples of "10 out of 10" tutorials.
