Build and program a robot to complete as many of the missions as you can in 2.5 minutes. If you're a new team, you can follow instructions for building a basic robot rather than design your own. In and around this, you'll be doing the "Innovation Project" and stuff around core values.
You can lead a discussion with the kids about the capabilities of the current robot (pushing, simple arm/actuator?) and go over the missions one by one to see if the robot is physically capable of completing the mission (assuming accurate positioning).
