Arts New Orleans and the Fore!Kids Foundation teamed up to produce these Fleur de Lis sculptures that spread around town through October, 2007. The 40 fiberglass structures were built by Mardi Gras float king Blain Kern. Artists were chosen by Arts New Orleans.
