you can one-cycle if you stick three magnets and load up on saws right as you enter the room, blue rocket + mal. railcannon as the eyes spawn, and shotgun parry / shotgun combo the rest of the way, whilst parrying the blue orbs if FP does decide to use them. 1/2 the time it works
from there you can solo the flesh prison and you can just juke out the beams, parry the blue shots, and keep away from the blackhole. Best of luck!
Let 2 or 1 eyeballs alive. Then place a magnet on the flesh prison, shoot some nails and shoot a heat sawblade. Then shotgun swap + knuckbluster until the flesh prison starts healing. Just kill those 2 or 1 eyeballs. Repeat if it is possible.
