Back in the late 90s, all of the 2000's and the 2010's females would often flatten their hair and straighten it, now I'm noticing females are wearing more perms now, or "blow-out" hairstyles and wolf cuts (according to what I read in a fashion magazine a few weeks ago).
I love the look of long hair but I wondering if maybe it just isn’t for me because of how my hair is and how long my face shape is. My hair has never been shorter than armpit length. Would a shorter cut suit me better?
