You can revert back to previous desktop versions of Spotify. Go to this website, download an older version of spotify. If you still get the new UI after installation, just keep going back further, in my case I had to download the May 2020 version.

Adobe announced Flash Player's end-of-life in July 2017 giving content creators, programmers, developers, IT experts, etc over 3 years remove Flash Player dependencies from their products. All modern browsers provide the capabilities necessary to do this in JavaScript.
Whatever happened was almost certainly on Youtube's end and is not related to the browser configuration or flash version. If Youtube -completely- stopped serving flash due to a known flash exploit (which is highly unlikely) it would be the first time they've ever done so.
