14 lut 2024 · Install the driver without Gforce Experience. You don't need it and overlays can cause issues with ARK. This alone should improve stability if the right driver is found. The rest of this guide contains other things I did that may or may not have helped. EDIT: Studio driver 551.61 installed via the new Nvidia app is stable.
2 gru 2023 · If Epic Games fixed the problem with a patch of UE5, then again...you need to link the patch notes. There would also be relevant patch notes for GPU drivers from Nvidia and AMD, or a specific KB article number if this problem was fixed by either hardware vendors or Microsoft themselves.
It happens with nvidia 400 drivers. Part of the reason I bought a 2080ti was because of Ark, and I cant even play the game with it!
It could be an error on Nvidias end, if they investigated and found it was not on their end, i might just consider not playing for a little bit until a few more updates came out for ark but if it turns out to be something that Nvidia can take action on, I know they would likely solve it in a timely manner.
12 cze 2024 · One of the possible reasons why ARK keeps crashing is damaged game files. To see if that’s the core issue, you can verify the game files from Steam to make sure any corrupt files fixed and missing files installed. Follow the instructions below: Launch Steam.
2 lut 2024 · Disable all mods within the Mods section of Ark Survival Ascended. Disable the Steam and NVIDIA GeForce Experience overlay features. I hope those possible resolutions remedy the Ark Survival Ascended crashing your Windows 11/10 PC. However, there isn’t necessarily any guaranteed way to fix that game crashing.
9 gru 2023 · This crash is caused by the Windows Timeout Detection Recovery feature and is a result of Ark not chunking process requests properly. There is nothing you can do to *fix* it but you can get around it for now.
