Be sure that in your resource.cfg there is a line with the "ensure (TairaRealisticHandling) This will be replace the original handling from GTA V (only the cars inside handling.meta customized) PLEASE. Almost all resources that are supposed to remove all NPCs use the same method: Run a frame-time loop, setting the ped multiplier, vehicle multiplier, random vehicle count and clearing the area of all vehicles.

As a long time player of FiveM Speed Lab, the owner said that FiveM reached out to them via personal email and gave 14 days to become compliant, the same happened to CODE 9-4 car server owner.
