It drops almost every time, just like shiny fish scales from some of these mobs. If you are fighting fish humanoids in the water, chances are it will drop this for you. It isn't worth much to the vendors because of the insane drop rates.

23 sty 2024 · What I found worked was to kill mobs that have a chance to drop fish oil enough to get it to drop, and then loot them. Everything is too stronk to farm and I don’t raid. The Wetlands and BFD are your ‘at level’ mobs you would want to focus on. Yeah, I mostly got mine from Wetlands.
