21 maj 2019 · there are two ways to do it in firestorm just from the inventory window itself.. if you look at the bottom left side of the inventory window there is a cog with a tiny arrow next to it.. Then a little + sign and then an inventory icon, just like the one you use to open your inventory..
20 paź 2014 · In another context, "multiple viewer" can mean that you log in with the Linden Lab standard viewer and, for example, Firestorm. You don't need to check any box to allow that. Just fire up both viewers.
Enter /Applications/Second Life Viewer 2.app/Contents/MacOS and click Go. Double-click the Second Life executable to start a new instance of the Viewer. Double-click it again to start another instance.
20 maj 2016 · Our desktop came preloaded with Win 10. I was using Firestorm for SL fine for about 3 weeks or so then bam! the other day when I tried to run Firestorm, it got stuck on "Initializing VFS". I had to open the Task Manager to end it.
In short, yes. I use Firestorm viewer [ link ], and it is possible to open multiple instances of the viewer at the same time, and login with different avatars at the same time.
You could have the program open up a second window and you could drag all your palettes into THAT and then move that second window to another monitor for the same effect. (Always making sure to craft this so that the camera stays centered on your primary window where your avatar is for the sake of camming about .)
23 lut 2022 · After trying a few of my older computers, they are not allowed to even download Firestorm any longer because it now says - FS is no longer compatible with my "version" of computer - maybe because they are Windows 10. Is there someone to contact at Firestorm or is this all we can do?
