The date range for these opinion polls are from the 2023 Finnish parliamentary election, held on 2 April, to the present day.
29 mar 2022 · Bank of Finland governor Olli Rehn has topped a poll as the most likely winner of Finland's next Presidential election, in a survey carried out by pollster Taloustutkimus. Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto (Green) and Prime Minister Sanna Marin (SDP) occupied the second and third positions respectively on the poll.
11 kwi 2023 · According to a fresh poll commissioned by newspaper Ilta Sanomat, Finland's foreign affairs minister Pekka Haavisto (Green) would receive support from the majority (52%) of voters. Haavisto recently topped a similar Yle-commissioned survey in January.
Electoral system. The 200 members of the Parliament of Finland (Eduskunta) are elected using open list proportional representation in 13 multi-member constituencies, with seats allocated according to the D'Hondt method.
11 lut 2024 · Finland's next president will be Alexander Stubb, the centre-right candidate who was the favourite since entering the race late last summer. In the second round he defeated his rival Pekka Haavisto, a green running as an independent, by 51.6 percent to 48.4 percent.

The latest poll from each institute was considered, and then, taking into account various factors, it was recalculated into a weighted average. The election trend is therefore more robust against outliers from individual institutes and provides a quick overview of the political mood in the country.
