EDIT: I bought a copy of the guide and scanned every page. Here is a link if anyone is interested in downloading. It's entirely possible that a digital copy of the specific book I'm looking for does not exist, but I figured it's worth a shot to ask and potentially be downvoted into oblivion.
The game does not tell you where you go to level, you need to read guides for that, each zone has level ranges and as you level you travel around them. For leveling, I would say get a job to 30 and then work on unlocking dancer via the quest.
