4 sie 2015 · After windows launched I found myself not being able to open most of any apps. Edge doesn't work. Neither does Xbox app or file explorer. I tried Ctrl+alt+Del and it brought a black screen. Apparently most app are "stuck on splash" (shows open on task bar but window won't show up.) can you help solve this issue?
