Worst service and horrible customer service. They don’t resolve just up sell you . I have gigabit fiber paying of 135$ monthly but I can not get service in Toronto .
19 lis 2024 · Their ads on the radio are pushing "low cost fibre" - but this comes at the expense of good/great customer service. I'm #86 in the telephone cue. The chat box is unresponsive to my clicks to enter.
Was a Primus customer for 14 years for internet (fiber optics). We were paying $124 a month. Recently we had an offer of $49.99 + tax for internet. I checked Primus website and they were offering $59.99 + tax so I called them. Was told this was for new customers only and best they could do was take $20 a month off bill.
Distributel is a scam. We took their service and on day 0 they asked us to pay $50 for 1st month bill and modem. The modem never arrived, and their customer service never took our call after hours of waiting. Beware. Date of experience: October 04, 2024
I was a Primus customer for eleven years. The service was fine. Not bad, not wonderful. Adequate for what I needed. Until one day that my internet stopped working.
