Leveling (non capstone/x0) dungeons are generally the most efficient repeatable source of EXP in the game. Keep in mind as well that if you're facing down long queue times or otherwise not up to playing a role/job with others, duty support covers the vast majority of leveling dungeons (as most are required for MSQ)!

I designed a level kit spreadsheet, with Gifford helping me with the formulas. I offer to level peoples crafters up on Odin for a paid service. The google spreadsheet is all automated; it tells you exactly what items you need, and the right amount of turn ins.
It seems way quicker did bozja earlier and it was roughly 350k per fate and 850 or so per critical at lv 81 with armory buff. With fate spawn rates in z3 vs dungeons even with insta queues it's way faster.
