While I don't expect every BLU to have the same, the least should be around 8% TA and 23% DA. That seriously cuts in to the effectiveness of the weapon's OA2-4, the high delay causing more issues by actually significantly slowing your attack rounds as compared to a Shikargar.

14 gru 2022 · I tried testing Anvil Lightning bursts on Impaction/Light SCs, and experimented with the ambu meebles and Adoulin colonization reives. On the Meebles, my burst damage was in the ~36k range, with the Hashishin +3 body winning by 0.6%. On the reives, my average damage was ~67k, and had the Samnuha Coat winning by 0.1%.
About the price, getting R15 Metamorph+1 is 20m, plus the price from buying the mats to upgrade NQ to HQ if you don't have one already. Stikini+1 is like what, 30m these days? (got mine for less than 25 but I suppose I was lucky)
I recently levelled BLU to 99 and was hoping to get it going for cleave farm for mythic prep and have a few questions. I looked at the BLU guide on FFXIah but it's kind of overwhelming. I'm interested in the bare minimum to be able to 1-shot most mobs in nyzul/einherjar.
you can buy BLU skill up books with your Quest points (forgot the name of them for some reason)
On that scale, I think 10gp is a fair price for a worn copy of Fiddlebender's Guide to Botanics. Once you introduce a printing press, I think you can cut the cost five to ten times. Books become easier to produce and much more plentiful.
