Because of shields, fairy, and the oGCD heals scholar has access to, you should have room to cast a few dps spells between GCD heals. This is especially true as Scholar gets many strong oGCD tools from 50-70, but even before then you should rarely need to resort to spamming GCD heals.
Dissipation First Openers: You can swap Aetherflow (AF) and Dissipation in both of the above openers.Using Dissipation First has several advantages: the fairy comes back about 15s earlier due to an earlier Dissipation (giving access to her healing again), the 2000mp from AF comes later (meaning it won't be wasted to overcapping), and it aligns AF correctly for a 6 ED buff window at 2 minutes.
