Grand companies are a way for the nations to mobilize adventurers for specific goals where their own manpower or resources may be inadequate or occupied. Allow you to undertake special challenges with squadrons to earn job crystals for them, and expand their options to include all existing jobs.

Making Second Lieutenant in any Grand Company will allow transferring between Grand Companies. In addition to Private Third Class , Deliveries require unlocking the Disciple of the Land or Disciple of the Hand the player wishes to deliver for in order to deliver items.
