Female pelvic anatomy. The pelvis is the ring of bones between the hips where several organs and structures are located. The female pelvic area includes the fallopian tubes, ovaries, uterus, cervix, bladder, urethra, pelvic floor muscles, clitoris, vagina, and rectum.
