One complaint is I emailed them to buy a backup rear derailleur hanger but never got a reply. I’ll just call or figure it out. They are local to me and I know they are a good company with a long history.
My current do everything bike is a Felt Z85 '13. Alu with 105 groupset. It was the second road bike I bought new, first being a GT Attack 1.0. The felt is a better ride than that GT was and I've had no complaints about it. I've put 2.6k miles on it so far and not a single mech problem so far.
13 kwi 2009 · I had owned my bike for only SIX MONTHS! After getting little help from our LBS (on either coast) we worked with Felt directly (as my husband is a bike mechanic who works at another, non-Felt bike shop). Not only were Felt employees unhelpful, at times they were downright NASTY.
21 sie 2020 · Felt will not deny a claim if it's a warrantable failure because the bike was purchased on a closeout. If it was a warrantable failure & we no longer had 1st gen Decree frames we would replace it with a current gen frame.
