@_Manou1996_ The Sims 4 user folder, the one that contains the Mods folder, is always in Documents > Electronic Arts no matter where you've installed the game's program files. If, however, you've used a symbolic link to move the user folder to the external drive, then that's where you need to look.

Open the download and drop the ts4script file directly into your Mods folder. If my mod doesn't show up in the list of custom content on game startup, it's not installed correctly or those options are disabled!
