Turns out, this seller created fraudulent FedEx tracking IDs that show the items as "delivered" even though nothing was delivered. Looking at the seller's reviews, this seller scammed everyone - their profile is FILLED with one star reviews stating what they paid for was not delivered.
After a few days, you'll see the package says it is supposedly in your city and out for delivery. The item never arrives nor does the Fedex truck, yet when you check the status of the tracking number later, it'll say "Delivered, Signature on file".
Despite being inundated with fake sellers and accounts, Amazon is surprisingly diligent in policing its marketplace: if it sees a spike in reports, it will remove a seller's privileges without hesitation. To combat this, fake sellers play the numbers game and run multiple accounts at a time.
You got ripped off, contact Amazon and get your money back right away. Seller did same to me on Amazon, gave me a fake tracking to my same city so it looked like it was legit.
