Just shared the 5e Conditions - Quick Reference PDF on the DMsguild 🙂, it is a one-page quick reference PDF with all the 5e conditions shown in an artistic way! (you can download it completely free)
As its name suggests, this is a quick reference for D&D 5e's various conditions. It is intended to be a shared reference at the gaming table, with one or two copies to be referenced as needed. Unlike the 1/4-sheet version, this one has every condition listed in Appendix A of the Player's Handbook.
Conditions alter a creature’s capabilities in a variety of ways and can arise as a result of a spell, a class feature, a monster’s attack, or other effect. Most conditions, such as blinded, are impairments, but a few, such as invisible, can be advantageous.
