14 lut 2018 · You can unpack the OIV (OpenIV package) by renaming the file from <name>.oiv to <name>.zip… Inside the zip archive will be the rpf, ydt, yft files you need to stream to the client. 7 Likes
Here's a possible solution. I basically was trying to install NVE all day, but it would give an error every time, and the logs said that the rpf involved was created or already existed but couldn't be opened. I already had the mods folder and the update.rpf as I had some car addons.
