Windows does this by saving the kernel session and device drivers (system information) to the hibernate (hiberfil.sys) file on disk instead of closing it when you shut down the computer.

9 wrz 2021 · I've tried researching stuff and found out that turning off "Fast Startup" mode actually fixed my problem. It's because Fast Startup mode actually reuses the Kernel when you shutdown your PC and making my computer BSODing all the time.
