The faster response times actually makes the C2 feel like it is faster than 120hz. The real difference, from my experience, comes from the contrast. For gaming and content consumption, my experience is that a high contrast is what makes the images pop.
I agree OLED is superior in image quality, but a good quality IPS (needs to be HDR600 or better) can also be enjoyable. If you are only gaming on your PC, OLED is a given. If you do mainly work/productivity stuff and game on the side, then it's a bit more complicated.
