There is a total of 22 free-to-play quests in Old School RuneScape, offering a total of 44 Quest points. Below is a list of all free-to-play quests. While the depicted difficulties and lengths are the averages of each quest, these can still vary for every player.
In order to skip the first few levels of farming, there are a couple of low requirement quests that you can do first. Especially fairy tale p1 is important for the magic secateurs and fairy ring transportation.
There is no def requirement for My Arm's Big Adventure quest (or any of the quests required for it).
First off, I suggest you quest to level 30 farming, it will save you a significant amount of time. You can start planting oak trees at level 15, but it's very slow. You can plant apple trees in fruit tree patches at level 27.
