Agencies shall satisfy requirements for the following supplies or services from or through specified sources, as applicable: (a) Public utility services (see part 41). (b) Printing and related supplies (see subpart 8.8). (c) Leased motor vehicles (see subpart 8.11).

30 wrz 2024 · 8.405 Ordering procedures for Federal Supply Schedules. Ordering activities shall use the ordering procedures of this section when placing an order or establishing a BPA for supplies or services. The procedures in this section apply to all schedules.
Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405–6 shall assist the ordering activity con-tracting officer in the preparation of the justification. The justification shall cite that the acquisition is con-ducted under the authority of the Mul-tiple-Award Schedule Program (see 8.401). (2) At a minimum, each justification shall include the following informa-
