Agencies shall satisfy requirements for the following supplies or services from or through specified sources, as applicable: (a) Public utility services (see part 41). (b) Printing and related supplies (see subpart 8.8). (c) Leased motor vehicles (see subpart 8.11).

Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405–6 shall assist the ordering activity con-tracting officer in the preparation of the justification. The justification shall cite that the acquisition is con-ducted under the authority of the Mul-tiple-Award Schedule Program (see 8.401). Effective immediately, contracting officers shall comply with the following policy, in lieu of FAR 8.404(d), Pricing, when using Federal Supply Schedules. This class deviation remains in effect until incorporated in the DFARS or otherwise rescinded.
