I think 2.0 is generally accepted to be the most refined version. It works just fine. Personally I cut the vehicle stuff out, but other than that it's good to go from the pdf. I know some people use the first edition of Exodus as it's just a rebranded version of Fallout D20. I think the first edition might be difficult to get hold of now, though. 3
