Actually just fixed it, trick was to reinstall Mod Organizer 2 outside of Program Files (created its own folder in C drive) and then use the file link trick from nexus page in description for the data folder... bit complicated but got the pip boy and no creation club mods working.

1 lut 2018 · I doesn't show me the message but still textures needing f4se are not loading (e.g. ks hairdos hairstyles). PLEASE HELP UPDATES: Removed all mods, verified integrity from steam re-installed mods and it got fixed.
31 gru 2022 · Mod Organizer 2 doesn't really do anything to the game, it just installs & organizes mods. I don't see how *it* could be crashing the game. As opposed to one of the other things you've done.
After resetting it all up, I checked only a few very obvious mods (pip boy texture mod and the no creation club on main menu mod) to quickly see if it worked. No changes, vanilla game. I've tried launching from MO2, from F4SE, from vanilla launcher through MO2, made sure I was running as admin.
13 cze 2019 · I've installed it correctly (or so I think, I followed GamerPoets tutorial videos) and I've made the needed tweaks to the Fallout4Custom.ini file, however when I try to install texture mods they do not show up in game.
8 maj 2018 · Fallout 4 Script Extender seems to be working, but my mods from Mod Organizer aren't. Environment Mod Organizer Version that exhibits the issue: 2.1.2 Portable, persists if downgrading to 2.1.1 and updating to 2.1.3 pre-release.
I've finally noticed in the f4se.log that the mcm.dll plugin doesn't get loaded at all during startup when launching f4se_loader.exe through Mod organizer 2. After I moved the mcm.dll manually to the data/F4SE/plugins folder the log reported that mcm.dll was loaded correctly.
