Hellfire is technically the X-03. It's supposed to be the most advanced power armor made after the war. The X-02 is supposed to be a straight up upgrade to the X-01. A the X-01 is basically just the Advanced Power Armor Mark 1 while X-02 is the Mark 2.

The wiki should have a full breakdown on all the armor stats, including CC armor. I would say the sentinel power armor if you could get in and out of it at will instead of it being like a permanently power armored companion. Otherwise probably T-51 on the nostalgia factor.
