22 cze 2011 · The wiper motor included in the kit has two speeds. Use the following wiring diagram to wire the switch and motor together. If using a Mustang harness, connect the “WIPER 12V” to the Mustang wiper power in the fuse panel.
18 lip 2012 · Turn the wiper motor on, and watch how much the cable extends out, the drivers side wheel box, when at full sweep. You can then mark, and cut off the excess cable. Now measure the length needed for the last small section of tubing, allowing for the full cable extension, beyond the drivers wheel box.
15 mar 2021 · The wiring diagrams show 5 wires connected to the plug on the motor. Brown, green, purple, yellow and white. There are 5 spades on the female side. One is ground and 2 are doubled, so ok. But on the other side there are only 3 spades.
Using the wiper cable as a guide, locate the motor mounting location on the passenger side of the firewall. Mark the firewall for the wiper motor (Try to have the cable pointing up toward the wheel boxes.) Drill the holes in the firewall. Mount the wiper motor with the clamp provided.
Front wiper motor. 1. Remove the wiper arm nuts and mark the relationship of the wiper arms to their shafts (see illustration). Remove both wiper arms. 4 lut 2019 · Getting ready to install the wipers on MKIV 9375 (body off). It sounds like it used to be quite a train wreck from all the posts that I have read. Are there any current best practices, or have the instructions gotten better?
24 cze 2013 · A handy tip is to use an awl (or a small dab of nail polish) to mark the pivot point and wiper arm so that you can align it to install in the same position. If you don't have a puller, it is possible to remove the arm by prying but it isn't recommended.
