It worked! My account was hacked, email and phone number changed so I couldn’t recover it. I made multiple attempts to get it restored through Facebook by submitting my ID but no progress. I purchased an oculus as suggested here and after many emails back and forth with oculus support it is finally fixed!!

I tried logging in to my account and my password didn't work, then got to the forgot password section where my email didn't work either, then entered my phone number to get a one time code but never received the code.
