I'd suggest looking up quest rewards. And start doing the easy-medium quest that give good xp rewards. Slayer and work on 65 strength and attack to unlock warriors guild to get you a dragon defender.
For f2p, get romeo juliet, sheap shearer, cooks assistant and all the easy ones fone first. Then get some decent combat skillfs and go through the stronghold of security. You will end up with 10k and new boots at the end. Maybe grind for the skill sceptre for teleports to barb village.
