  7. 18 cze 2023 · You can get HDPP with a 5.0 now. That wasn't the case a few years ago. So if you want maximum payload in (for example) a 2016 F150 then that's going to put you into a 3.5. If HDPP isn't needed, then 5.0's and 3.5's about equal. 3.5's tow faster up hill, 5.0's tow better down hill.
