The introduction of the F-1S and F-16 aircraft inaugurated a series of air to air schemes. The F-15 utilized an initial Air Superiority Blue scheme (35450 topside and 15450 gloss underside) with white tail codes, before adopting a standard two tone grey (Compass Ghost 36320 and 36375) with black tail codes.
