Allegro + InPost (Paczkomat) makes shopping online in Poland super easy and super safe. Allegro was here way before Amazon and kicked eBays' ass when it tried to expand to the polish market. It's a marketplace really, both companies and individuals can sell there.
6 wrz 2024 · I had terrible experience with Allegro. I ordered a decorative bark for my garden total 150 kg in 10 bags of premium, branded product. The seller send rubbish in poor quality hand-tied bags, which were even not properly packed. It was clear from the photo that I received not what I ordered.

Allegro offers some basic protections against scammers and moderation in case of issues. You can also pay a small insurance fee on each transaction if you're wary of getting scammed, and with a litle bit of luck and patience you'll get your money back.
A legit platform for making online purchases. Never experienced any kind of trouble or scam. Nevertheless, I do recommend users to check opinions (and their count) on sellers. Allegro is my first option to buy stuff in Poland. Date of experience: May 18, 2020
First, I simcerely doubt that any of the personal data she sent you is true. If it is, that is incredibly dumb on her part. Second, allegro should absolutely give you your money back. Now that I think about it I don't thing I have heard about someone having a nighare experience with allegro returns or conflict resolution.
