11 maj 2020 · I have an external USB hub connected to one on my Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports on my MacBook Air early 2020 model running Catalina 10.15.4. At random times during the day (2-3 times a day) my Logitech G602 mouse and external Apple Keyboard will stop responding completely and only a reboot will restore functionality.

24 lis 2023 · Level 1. 10 points. Apple Mac Mini M1 mouse issue. There seems to be a hardware issue on Apple Mac Mini M1. Wirless Mouse is not working at all. Disabling Wifi helped for a while, but later mouse became useless. I think there might be a solution in a wired mouse, or in a new computer.

23 lut 2024 · For some reason, whenever I plug in my external HDD, the mouse stops working and shows as inactive in the Logi Options+ app. Keyboard shows similar behaviour. If I connect a different wireless mouse using its own usb dongle, it works but it's very laggy.
