11 sie 2018 · I bought a bluetooth mouse (Logitech M337). The mouse works fine when used in Mac OS. But when I use it on Windows 10 OS (BootCamp) it does not work. I assume there should be a problem on the software (driver) since the mouse is working on the MAC OS side of my Macbook Pro.
I solved my Bluetooth Mice issue in Windows 10 Boot Camp as of Feb 2021 with latest macOS Big Sur update by following: Update macOS and follow steps here to install Windows Support Software: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204923. Update Windows. Went to Settings, Device Manager, Bluetooth and update driver for all Bluetooth radio and everything.
