Someone could correct me if I'm way off base as I've never dealt with them. However, in my travels around the internet, I've heard a lot of stories and personally, I'd be extremely wary. Search them up on Yelp, their score is 2 stars. There are a lot of stories in the reviews alone.

Underground Reptiles and Backwater Reptiles are 2 sellers to avoid at all costs. You're so much better off getting your animals from a reputable breeder that actually cares about their animals. They’re currently selling a snake I’ve been wanting forever but can’t find it anywhere else.
Every time I search for a reptile I may be interested in, Underground Reptiles is always the first thing that pops up. I've read a lot of good reviews, but I've also read a couple of bad ones. I've seen some of their videos on youtube where they 'rub eggs' to get the tegus to come out.
