You can't create new user mailboxes using the new Exchange admin center (EAC). However, after Exchange Online mailboxes are created, you can manage them using the new EAC.

Seem to be your are add yahoo as exchange server instead of IMAP. Please follow the step to do it correctly. Open Outlook and select File > Add Account. On the next screen, enter your email address, select Advanced options, then check the box for Let me set up my account manually and select Connect. Select your account type.
30 maj 2021 · I already have an email account with Yahoo which I control through Outlook 365. I have now set up a second acccount on yahoo.com, which I also want to access via Outlook 365. But it will not work.
